Shannon Shaw specializes in providing Business Valuations, Litigation Support, Expert Witness Testimony, Income Tax Analysis, Financial/Forensic Analysis, Bankruptcy and Merger and Acquisition assistance to clients in a wide array of industries including financial institutions, construction manufacturing, and wholesale distribution for over 16 years. Mr. Shaw has testified as an expert witness in business valuation and income tax issues in various State and Federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. He has also defended his work before the Internal Revenue Service.
